We  create our example workflow for the N8N module of the course. In Module 4, AI  Agents, we will build more N8N workflows.    This workflow runs as follows:    1. Scheduling our workflow to run every single day    2. Fetching all recent positive replies from Smartlead    3.  Split out all Positive  Replies    4. Aggregage a summary of the positive replies.    5, Send an email update with these lead's information with a Gmail Module.
