Your  business defining sentence is what can set you up to improve your whole  business operations.    The way we write a business defining sentence is by describing in layman's  terms, what your business does.    In the video, I show an example of how I write one for StackOptimise.      We then extract the nouns and key verb interactions from this sentence, and  they are how we begin to build a source of truth.
