There  are key distinctions between when we need to use Agentic AI compared to when  we need ot use Automations.    Automation is when we need to take manual processes, which are like a  conveyor belt in a factory, and they need to be identical with little  variation each time.    Agentic AI is when, based on inputs, there is a non linear decision to be  made, and there is a level of judgement making before activating tools.    Agentic AI is not always the answer, so choose which one is the most  applicable to your scenario.
